Lifeline Phone Program

Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm

The Lifeline Program is a Federal Low Income Connectivity Program that helps families stay connected. *Limit one enrolled line per household. Eligibility to enroll: • U.S. Citezenship • Low income Identity proofs necessary: • Valid State or Federally Issued I.D. • Medicaid Card, SNAP Benefits Letter, SSI/SSDI Award Letter, Medicare Card, LEAP Award Letter, or Low-income Tax Documents.

HomewardBound has a case manager available for resource navigation, housing resources and other services for guests at the RC to access.

Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
Service include basic first aid, health education, disease education/management, clarification of an established medical diagnosis, referral assistance for additional medical care, vital readings and limited over-the-counter medications.
