A Cooking Matters specialist from Hilltop Community Resources will be hosting multiple classes focused on healthy recipes. All participants will get a grocery gift card following completion of the class. This service will take place at the United Way Service Hub. Service include basic first aid, health education, disease education/management, clarification of an established medical diagnosis, referral assistance for additional medical care, vital readings and limited over-the-counter medications.
